All of the houses in Plum Stone Court have special features, unique details and character that represent their individual rich histories. The gardens, adjacent to each home encourage you to relax and enjoy the bright flowers, trees and lawn.

Tim Del Papa, owner of Plum Stone Court purchased the first home in the collection in 1988, as the South of Lorain area of Ohio City was in the initial stages of transition. Positive growth was slow, yet the neighborhood was showing signs of vibrancy and prosperity.  Further acquisitions of two more homes and a vacant parcel in the early 1990’s helped create stability for West 26th Street.  By the end of the first decade of the 21stCentury, the neighborhood was accelerating with an influx of new businesses and housing, bringing an energetic, eager population to the neighborhood! It was during this time that the final two homes were added to Plum Stone Court.

We welcome you to Plum Stone Court.
